returns & exchanges

 

RETURNS

noodle stories online accepts returns on all non-sale items returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached. Shoes will only be accepted if returned in their original box with all original packing material. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Any sale items returned will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 

To return using our pre-paid return label:

A pre-paid  return shipping label is provided for all eligible orders placed and delivered within the United States. The final cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To complete a return using our pre-paid label, please follow the steps below:

- Fill out the return form included in your shipment.

- Attach the pre-printed return label to the original shipping packaging (or packaging of your choice) and seal the package. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.

- Within 3-5 business days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your refund has been processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

 

To return using the carrier of your choice:

Alternatively, you can ship your return using the carrier of your choice. Please note that all returns must be trackable and insured as we will not be able to issue refunds for lost packages. To complete a return using the carrier of your choice, please follow the steps below:

- Fill out the return form included in your shipment.

- Send your items back to us at the address listed below:

EXCHANGES

Due to limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. Or, you may contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

 

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to make a change to a new order, please contact us. Cancellations or adjustments will be accommodated if possible. We are not able to cancel orders after processing is complete.
